Postpartum Doula Services $45/HR (20+ HOURS $40/HR)* Prenatal phone call to discuss your plans and needs for the postpartum period (in-person visit optional for additional fee) Phone/text/email support for questions and concerns Newborn care assistance and instruction Support with breastfeeding: positioning, latching, pumping, nipple/breast care Support with bottle-feeding: selecting formula, preparing bottles, paced feeding Information about, and assistance with, recovery from birth and your body's changes postpartum Processing of birth experience Support and information for care of infants with special needs and circumstances Support of both parents to ensure a smooth transition as a family Self-care gifts for you A home-cooked meal and suggestions for easy meals during the postpartum period Light housekeeping (laundry, dishwasher, keeping things neat so you don't have to!) Bereavement Doula Services If you have recently experienced a loss or have received a challenging diagnosis, I am ready to support you right now, where you are, whether preparing for your baby's birth or recovering from your baby's loss.
I do not charge for bereavement services, but will gratefully accept a goodwill offering to mamma mia doula services or to a charity of your choice.
